ICC Investigating England Cricketer Moeen Ali's Gaza Wristbands

Moeen's two wristbands had slogans saying "Save Gaza" and "Free Palestine".

The ECB argued they were not political and Moeen is supporting a humanitarian cause

and it is no different to the logos the team will wear today supporting the:

Help for Heroes chairty.

The only armband Bang might wear is "Free Rohingya"

Personally, Moeen wearing a wrist band is an issue of humanitarian purpose and far from political. The fact he is muslim has created an unnecessary furore and I ask whether a non muslim wearing the same armband would have been pulled up similarly.

Yes I think in fact they would've been Mail ....

However, Moeen being a Muslim exacerbated the issue but mission accomplished re publicity

I am very grateful for our people who sacrificed their lives in the war to maintain our way of life but the war was politically driven.

My husband's Grandfather fought in both World Wars .........
