I cant help but see that this would have been Gabriels day.  always a pacer or 2 fire.  so if taylor is off, Gabriel is the man who would have tore up the other end, backing up Roach

Just when a man is running into to form he is dropped for a Guy who has back tracked for a minute now.  it makes no sense to play Holder before Gabe in this game

Roach did well to pick those 2 wickets.Williamson and Taylor have rebuilt well till now.on a pitch which has some assistance for their bowlers,a run rate of 3.7 isn't what the WI should have given.

Gibson is a total weirdo.  he have 3 fast bowlers in the side yet he starts yapping about "he wants more assistance for the fast bowlers..more support for them. 

what the frigg!!!  he wants to play 11 fast bowers each one to support and back up  the other ::confused:: ::confused:: ::confused::

3 pacers are more than enough.  they are all professional and are supposed to be ready.  but the key is that he drops his strongest fast bowler who took 4 wickets.

the guy who can bowl all day  and take wickets...thats the one he drops him..all the while dropping the 'need for support' for his pacers

there was a time when you could not get Gibson to pick more than 3 bowlers...even if west indies lost.  today he wants 5... for support.

yet he drops his strongest and fittest fast bowler replacing him with a very suspect guy..a debutante when Gabe has already made a successful debut..had a bad injury and resolutely worked himself back into shape, new bowling action etc., and is really running into form

there isnt very much logic here.  Gabe is a solid character..a man you want in your side unless his alternatives are better than he is.  they are not > > >
