In most of these cases the Tort is the least thing in dispute.  The fight is usually over quantum meruit.  Or to put it another way "how much is my broken neck worth?" ;D

Well with a 30% contingency ....it better be worth a Year of a 3 team Lawyer.

Hope for a good settlement Bro.  It usually takes about 3-4 years before one of these cases settle so dig in and wait. 8)
