I don't think any board with half a brain would have given NOC and later give them such absurd choices to pick from. Their loss, if they want to go in without the frontline spinner. Doesn't make any sense for sure.

Seems the NOC applied to 30th April so from that point of view the NOC was unambiguous!


However granting a NOC for a tournament that does nt finish until the 1st June is ridiculous.
