'Cricket keeps me humble' - England star Moeen Ali

England and Worcestershire's Moeen Ali tells Get Inspired why he loves cricket.

The left-handed batsman and off-spin bowler is a key part of England's Twenty20 International side, and made his ODI debut against the West Indies in February.

He also supports StreetChance,  an inner-city cricket initiative that works with young people in communities affected by youth crime and anti-social behaviour.

He talks a lot , eh ?  :-\

So if he wasn't playing cricket he would not be humble?

Nothing I have read in this thread relates to the title of the thread.


In terms of him talking a lot is purely news bytes as he is new to limelight.


That may have been long overdue but many in the media have questions for about about his Islam, his beard etc.


Those question will go eventually and it would be cricket as usual.


His position is similar to the mighty Hash and they both are very happy to answer question, especially on why they stand out so much.
