Roti and duck curry.
I had chiney bbq duck, with steamed thinly sliced leeks with thinly slice onions/green onions, west indian sweet potatoe and a tossed salad with tomato/cucumber/brown lettuce...yesterday.
my son and his girlfriend ate mih out and all I have now is saladย with dressing..black pepper/olive oil/grape vinegar
look like I have to got to the shop
