The match is being played in Stadium Australia, and the test team are already in South Africa.  Kind of seems like it's in the way. I'm not going to lie, Australia vs. England became boring about 4 matches ago.  Should have had the t20s right after the test match, and an ODI tri-series in my opinion.

The best thing I'd seen the last game was how Starceh bowled. He was quality. Hadn't bowled a single hit-me ball IIRC. Yorkers and good length ball that tailed in so that it's hard to get him away.
He probably has the best yorkers in the game right now, after Malinga. Waqar-esque, if you recall how he cleaned up players even in tests with that.

It was far from boring.
I don't know which matches you were watching, but the 5th ODI was quality, and nail biting finish. England grassed it obviously, but it was still thrilling.
Even the 1st T20, the Bopara carnage made it interesting. 2nd T20 was bit of a downer, but that happens sometimes.

Looking like a clean sweep to me.
