  The  atlantic slave trade was so lucrative that the first multinational, transnational , globalised company was formed called the Dutch West India company and the shareholders were those people that were expelled  from Spain and Portugal  during the inquisition.
They found  refuge in Holland... those chosen people  and so much wealth  was accumulated that you can say that capitalism was invented on the backs of slaves .
The owners of the slave ships , insurance companies and many plantations 

and they have never apologised.

all other institutions and peoples have acknowledged their guilt and extended some form of apology and contrition.

but not the Jews!

oN another Tangent , when the Slaves were freed in America,  It was realised that whites were basically useless .
Blacksmiths , plumbers and all the trade crafts were in the domain of the freed slaves and if the it was left this way America would be different with Blacks moving up to the upper economic ranks .
This was not to be for the Whites disdain for Blacks were so deep that they opened the floodgates on immigration to allow masses of Eastern Europeans with trade skills into the country.
