They come in the guise of helping to build your infrastructure and exploiting third world countries resources but in the meantime they have a caveat that you must allow thousand of chinese to take up residence in those countries

contemporaneous with DeSousa was Irving Shillingford from Dominica..a far better batsman than DeSousa who never got a look see until he was 33 and Lloyd went for him against Pak in the west indies ..1977 or '78.

you asked a question and I responded according to what I know. I have explained what I thought of his administrative work. that is quite substantial wrong doing. DeSousa was central in by-passing the chair of the wicb and placing the power in the central or cricket committee from where he ruled. I can only take your word for it because I was not even aware DeSouza served on the WICB but in what capacity that allowed him to wield such influence? What was his position at the WICB?
DeSousa as far as I know was central in turning a nominally democratic process into sham and a farce, totally undemocratic..wicb elections. you want more than that ::confused:: Like above these are your views but it is not corroborated in any articles or views from other posters.
