Great stuff with numbers !

The number 40 however , may be his demise with the WICB :

Chronolgical age  is the Haters only number  :-[

* Shiv has already been pushed out of onedayers.

* Don't think they will push him out of tests.

* Remember when Kanhai was pushed out---there was a young Kali and a young Richards and a young Lloyd.

* Kanhai also averaged 26.17 in his last series---vs England.

* There are no world class young players in the Caribbean today.

* At age 50 Shiv will be better than all the pretenders you have in the Caribbean today.

* Another thing---Lara was pushed out---we all know that---you see Lara wanted to hang onto the captaincy----and when they took it away from him---he decided to quit----Lara could have easily played 2 more years.

* SHIV WILL PLAY 2-3 MORE YEARS.

Precedent :

Gayle and ODIs

Sarwan and everything !

Despite not having a replacement for either of those 2 :

the despicable WICB throw them overboard !

Ketchy:

* If Shiv were to be discarded today he would have had a great career.

* He has played in 153 tests----more than any other West Indian---he has scored 11,219 runs at a 51.93 average with 29 100 and 62 fifties.

* ANYTHING FROM HENCEFORTH IS GRAVY FOR THE TIGER.

* As long as Shiv keeps playing---I'll follow WI cricket---when they discard him----that's when I'll stop following them closely.
