No Sound from my Laptop

I went to Control Panel Sounds

did the sound test and nothing .

No webcam audio either ...

I can see the cricket streams (video) with no sound.

I can see Captain 1963 west indians Thread BUT no sound !

No webcam sound either .3 of my pals are on Skype looking for me !  >

I geting the Skype notification ...

Do sound card collapse ?  :-\

Nothing worked ....still no sound .

I have contactedHP and will give them remote access to my system whe I get home.

Hopefully will have sound for 8 tonight
