Toronto ice storm leaves 230,000 without power

Some may be in the dark until Christmas Day

The city asked the mayor to declear a state of emergency.. central toronto was hit hard ..home of the elderly and homless

Seems that some people got back power.  I hope all will get by the end of the day at the least.

Ketch , my parents live in one of those building on Prudential drive and the power is still not on
