Dear Dr.xxxxxxr,

                            Re: Dec.xxth Surgery
                            xx diverticulum

Please be advised that I have had a second opinion of your diagnosis and found via an MRI scan at Princess Margaret Hospital  that there is no issue with my .......

Having visited my family Doctor last Friday I was told that you forwarded your pre op notes and have mentioned further issues of xxxxx gland and urethral duct cyst.

For your information and personal education, I have had 2 ultrasounds and 1 MRI scan specific to your diagnosis and found no issues including ovarion cysts. Urethra is normal. I have also had blood work specific to cancer cells

I wish to remind you that no requisitions were initiated by you for ultrasound, MRI scan or blood work.

Your diagnosis therefore appear questionable .

Please CANCEL the surgery date you scheduled to operate on me on December xxh at 7:00 a.m at xxxx General Hospital.

I will give you the benefit of an explanation reply to me within a few weeks but no later than December xx, 2013 , failing which I am prepared to take this matter further.

yours et cetera ,

I've always thought how do women feel when going to some middle-aged gynecologist guy, and I would be pretty disturbed myself. But as a female friend likes to say "they don't get horny from the vag".
