is now usually illustrated with the triangular symbol.

And although the paper was written as pure psychology :

it has found its main application in management theory.

People had five sets of needs, which come in a particular order.

As each level of needs is satisfied, the desire to fulfil the next set kicks in.

As the needs are met, one reaches further.  Important to note that one can ascend and descend depending on circumstances.

what is the difference between a Want and a Need ?  :-\

Would you say the three bottom ones are needs and the two top ones are wants?

How are you folks " needs " today ?  :-\

Mine is not being met ..
