This is where all those tax dollars that Rob "The Chief Crackhead" Ford saved has been going:
1. Buying crack cocaine;
2. Paying the bills for a crack house:
3. Paying off staffers and doubling their salaries to stay with him and his office instead of resigning:
4. Using staffers to buy him booze, drugs, and hookers:
5. Paying off gangsters to find videos of him smoking crack: and
6. Buying a brand new, gas guzzling Cadillac Escalade as soon as became mayor.
No wonder he can't find and furnish any proof of the phantom $1 billion dollars in saved taxed dollars. ::LOL::

Put it this way. In law school you are taught that a witness who confesses and admits to lying has no credibility in court. Their testimony has no evidentiary weight.
Our crack smoking mayor is a pathological liar. He cannot, and should never be believed.
Hence, he has no credibility except to those who still choose to bury their heads in the sand and support him.
