As most of the chaps say, I doubt if he has the skills required to reshape such a prominent team that participates globally, but I don't that it's fair to just rule him out just because he is a foreigner. A fair chance should be given as the higher-ups have decided that he is fit for the job.

who cares about Pie Bus?  who cares about any dam forriner in a situation we have had analysed 3-4 times, reports gathering dust, that we know and understand from angles all over the place, inside out, outside in..that we can solve ourselves, that we know what to do about, know we can solve.. and don't have to or need to hire no forriner at hundreds of thousands per annum.

all of that is absolute nonsense, waste and misdirection by Scameron..who will do any dam thing but reform the wicb in a proper and democratic way.  that is out and Pie Bus is there to mask that fact.
