don't know about 'great'.....but I am doing okay for 61!!!

especially when last week two of our friends ended up in the hospital 

60 yr old has malignant melanoma on his scalp.....they scraped/removed it off and then used skin from his thigh as a graph 

the other fella turned 61 on Sunday, but the Friday before he woke up and could not swallow at all.....turns out he had a stroke which paralyzed his throad 

we were shocked by both of their illnesses.

I've come to the conclusion that I dislike Indian food.  I don't meant the curry thingee that Guyanese and Trinis cook, I mean the Indian Indian food.  Like Biryani and so on.


I tried very hard just now to eat some Vege Biryani, ugh ... couldn't.

what about if Lee or VB makes it

Mine was Chicken Royal with some spicy. It was all satisfying.
