Gasps immediately followed the statement, in which Abbott had unknowingly compared Bush to a rectal drug-delivery system. The expression he meant, of course, was repository of all wisdom. Abbott has yet to speak out about the error. Twitter will no doubt continue sticking it to him until he does.
