The Powerball jackpot has skyrocketed to $400 million, the fourth biggest prize ever for any U.S. lottery, the third biggest in Powerball history. The promised cash: a whopping $230.3 million. The annuity jackpot soared by $100 million, after nobody matched all the numbers drawn Saturday night -- 21, 24, 36, 42 and 45, with a Powerball of 15. But don't expect the jackpot stop there for Wednesday's drawing.
