recently i have started to see this more and more

QUESTION!

how is cheese and butter  un-halal?

Lard !

Pig fat used to mix in with margarine or butter ...great as a shortening by all accounts !

Even though it makes a great Flaky pastry .

My Chinee cake , Cheese straw and pine tart ....are all 100% Halal butter  Wink

If cheese and butter is not Halal then veal cannot be halal since veal are only milk fed calves that hasn't started to eat grass yet

it is the 'rennet' in cheese that makes it 'haram'

you have to buy the cheese without the ingredient rennet.
