Hmm.... don't know about the other cities... but in Chicago the population is dropping steeply for the past many years.... that might be one of the reasons.


In 2000, Chicago was home to 2,896,016 people..... in 2010, that came down to 2,695,598. That is a decline of 7%.

I think the locations of the facilities closed and the people left without services and employment is the point 007.

were the services justifiably terminated and the resulting heavy employment?

what will be the real and total  social cost of those terminations in the near and far term?
