Hmm.. there was some controversy in 2006, when a porn clip involving Isabelle came out online. Went viral in India.
There is a huge demand for half-whites in Bollywood. North Indians (especially Punjabis) think that they are even whiter than the Germans and would like to show off to the world as such. You will find hardly any dark skinned actors in Bollywood, even if 99% of the country is dark skinned.
This phenomena is not limited to India though... Everywhere it is the same... Brazil, Mexico.etc
