A California man is facing three counts of murder for the stabbing deaths of his sister-in-law and her two young children.

Grigoriy Bukhantsov, 19, was arrested Wednesday in Rancho Cordova, near Sacramento. He is the only suspect in the murder of 23-year-old Alina Bukhantsov, her 3-year-old daughter Emmanuela and her 2-year-old son Avenir a day earlier.

Grigoriy Bukhantsov’s brother Denis came home Tuesday to find his wife and children dead, the Modesto Bee reported.
