[/quote]  It goes like this ,  during Burnham  times , the qualification to be a policeman is the ability to be incapable of reading and writing and so this policeman ticketed a cyclist in missibbe village , a  place near  to Tain village  Since he could not spell Missibbe , he dragged his ass to Tain  village and charged him

Ptolemy Reid:  "Do you know who I am?  I am Dr. Ptolemy Reid, Deputy Prime Minister of this country Guyana"

Young Policeman:  "Nah man, no way !!!.... You cyant be Ptollo .......... Ptollo moh ugly than you"  ;D ;D

true story ....  I once went to report that someone had offloaded sand and blocked my bridge.  The policewoman tried to write the report about a heap sand.  She wrote heap in three different ways, all wrong, then she gave up and wrote "load", which is what I had said to her in the first place.
