My cuz Farouk , had that problem in Kitty .
But it was the female Lawyer that put it in her name .
IT cost him thousands from up here to get it Back !

In my cuz case his Mum died in the house BUT she had a Lawyer administering her affairs.
When Cuz went down to check his Inheritance .
Hr found a bogus receipt in US $$ that her Lawyer had " purchased " the property.
BUT no money was in her account.
ALL hell broke loose...

NIS and Guysuco stopped depositing my Dad pension until he produced a :
Life Certificate.
I had to get him down in front of Sat Sawh wife and NOTARISED it !
