Actually my favourite food is also dhall and rice with bunjal crecketeeh , just like snails here, .Sometimes the creketeeh is old and hard to chew but not to worry , prior to cookin you pound it with a carpenter hammer a few times to tenderise it .. delicacy in Berbice

It's all about how you mix the wasabi with the soy sauce and of course the freshness of the ginger.
