Well Kirk seems to be a well grounded and disciplined young man with big dreams and a bigger determination to achieve them.  Kudos to him !!!

However, in all that rabitting on about what he stands for etc. .... not once did he address the issue which led to this debacle (or did I miss that part?)

The rule about 2 uniforms only for a 2 year period is a nonsense rule.  How could 2 bits of kit last that long with continuous laundering?  :

Anyway, if Kirk had an objection to it from way back in 2010 & 2012 and now in 2014 .....

Why didn't he resolve this before he left for T&T?  Get WIPA involved ....

Some things are just not clear .......

Why didn't the BCA try to resolve the situation long before this??  and why did they take him to T&T knowing no kit was issued ??

Why did he just go with only training kit and expect his uniform would be issued to him if he had an on-going conflict with signing the document?

This whole matter is sheer utter nonsense !!!!  >  A storm in a teacup which could've been resolved and not allowed to boil over into such an unfortunate situation.
