NYPD cop admits he taunted innocent 13-year-old boy during stop and frisk

In the second week of New York City’s stop and frisk trial, Officer Brian Dennis said that calling Devin Almonor a “little girl” wasn’t appropriate behavior. But fellow cop Jonathan Korabel told the court that it was a “lawful frisk.”
