Red Light Camera !

It's an absolute liability offense Bro.  Meaning that you don't have defence and you have to pay up. 8) 

I was told by a buddy of mine who is a cop in Peel Region that those lights only become activated once the light changes to red.  So therefore it will only take pics once it detects that the vehicle has ENTERED into the intersection once the light changes to red.  It will not take a pic if you were already in the intersection when the light was green (in bumper to bumper traffic) and then the light changes and you get stuck in the intersection because of heavy traffic.

Yeah ....absolute liability.

But the reason it doesn't attract points here is because the ticket is issued to the owner of the plate on the in the picture, not the driver.
