with the Government of India as the latter has doubled the number of scholarships :

being offered for undergraduate, post graduate and doctoral studies in Universities and Institutions in India.

and now that I ndia is offering scholarships to the kinfolks in Guyana , it is time that Pakistan do it's part and offer some high class education to  Guyanese at some of it's
  high end Madrasas
