Sandy made 15-18 million sq ft in Lower Manhattan unusable
In spite of the level of development of a country, events like the hurricane Sandy show that we are still extremely limited in what we can do. It is as if this hurricane caught people by surprise. It has been about a month since the hurricane hit the East Coast but New York has not recovered entirely.
