This fella is ready to take off....however he found himself grounded in allegations surrounding defrauding "Promise Healthcare"...now now...in eight years, not one audit could have unearthed this scheme. This man is simply too good....but then again, he outlived the goodness. Lesson to the wise...don't stcik around when the honey is flowing too fast..
