The funny thing is that Teen pregnancy is on the Decline while " tween "

is on the rise .....meaning below 15 years old !

SO how old should a society nurture this :

look up american teen pregnancy rates...


over there its the worst in the world.  its lower here in canada as you pointed out

I wanna talk about acceptable age for Pregnancy

would 10 , 12 and this wasted life 14 year old :

ALL acceptable .....Universally ?

I dont understand what yu mean.  I am not talking about nuturing anything.


I am talking about social change that means a whole attitude change towards mistakes young people make especially where sex is concerned...and the end of punishment as the way of dealing with human issues.


the end of punishment and judgement.


we judge everything and judgement is not the way...not the approach to any thing.  thats my argument

thats no argument...no issue that i shud judge anyway. 


the answer to that comes out of social experience and community standards, based on practical considerations

I dont wanna use the term " young people "

I need that Quantified :

Is a 12 year old pregnancy be part of the social change ?

the community says its bad..not good for a 15 year old girl to become pregnant..that's the general attitude, the majority one.


ok!  so what if a girl becomes pregnant then...how to handle the situation?


kick her out, send her looking for shelter wherever she can find it or end up pregnant on the streets?


of be kept at home and the situation dealt with in the most positive way available so that we do not add to the sadness and suffering in the world by killing 2- child and mother..or  in this case leaving 2 children motherless and subject to lord knows what kind of upbringing now

I mean at first it was 21 .

then 18

then 16

now we on the side of a 14 year old ....Blame the Father !

next ....12 ?

A female can only become Pregnant :

when ??

As soon as they experience Menstruation ??
