i dunno, i WAS in the market to purchase condos out here.

maybe i should get it in early in some up and coming neighborhoods. just had some friends purchase an apt in flatbush, and another in crown heights bordering brownsville. not the safest, but the gentrification of nyc and northern jersey is moving rapidly.

for the prices these people want for a reasonably sized 1br, i can roll the dice, become a slum lord and rent in nice areas.
