What the Taliban did was barbaric , however this is sanctioned in the koran and hadith . mixed dancing is  strictly forbidden. Allah does not change with the times and a good muslim must adhere to the tennets of the Koran
Muslim women must accept that they are chattels and property of men as stated in the book
