20 years on and Guyana is better than the previous 20 years before that. People eat, drink, and live way better then under Burnham and Hoyte. Sure there are problems but most of the problems stem from the complete destruction of the economy and infrastructure by Burnham and Hoyte. But Guyana is slowly getting back on its feet thanks to the PPP. All hail Dr. Jagan, Jagdeo and Uncle Donald Ramotar!! :cheesy:
Stuff happens like this all time - EVERYWHERE! The Gardiner is falling apart here in first world Toronto. And oh by the way, that bridge is back up and functional.
My boy Ketch is one a dem bannus that does go back to Guyana and drink and sport all day rass. But dem come back to Merica and complain like an ol' scratchy homan about how Guyana "dey badd". ::lol::
The ppp is complicit in the suffering of Indians at the hands of maurading afros whenever there is a semblance of conflict. The indians are primarily victimized, and the government does nothing to stop this. No one compensates them for injury, pain, suffering...but, take away the subsidy for electricity, and all hell breaks loose. They want to meet the Lindeners who don't want to meet them. Now they are busy trying to pacify the looters by any means necessary. Guyana for you!
