Lindeners are refuting claims of food shortage in the mining community.
Some say sufficient items were accumulated prior to the protest.
However, there is a shortage of fresh fruits, vegetables and fuel.
Roads leading into the mining town and the interior locations accessible through linden remain blocked as protest action continues.
Residents are calling for discourse with President, Donald Ramotar.
