i dont know how they get away with it, once i dont have any problems i could care less

sorry but our drivers were very vocal re their thoughts on the UAE. you can tell when someone is speaking for speaking sake.  they would not outwordly cry out how much they love the current ruler. 

i know i was only there on vacation, but we were in India and met many ppl from the UAE (canadians) and they absolutly love it - they even love the government. the place is great. they need to have rules and regulations in a place or else it will become unruly and utter chaos.

we managed with the heat. the emirates though of everything with regards to AC everywhere you go. we went to Abu Dhabi and saw the area, but i didnt get to go to Oman. My dad has been there and told me how lovely it was.

I didnt get to go to Al Ain. Wanted to but our schedule wouldnt allow it. we were only there for 4 days.

honestly i dont know any country where ppl exclaim that working in that country is fantastic. times change and so do the circumstances. for me I wouldnt mind Dubai. I dont mind the rules and regulations. I have never felt more safe in a place than I did when I was there.
