i don't know what's the difference....but i think dengue is more serious than malaria
i had a great-niece who got dengue at 5yrs old in guyana.....and nearly died.
she is only here with us by the grace of God.
thank God that there's still a large gourp of family members still living in Guyana because she had to get a couple of blook transfusions.....and they all had to donate blood for that to happen.
i would definitely find out if you need a vaccine for it Nargis?
