how many times should one go out for a smoke break during the day while at work?

agreed......should be no smoke breaks during working hours!!

maybe this will help some to curb their addiction......have to wait for lunch break or end of work day to.

there's no smoking policy even on the property where i work.....and it is a good 5 minutes walk to get off the property.....plus you have to swipe in and out every time. 

with only a half hour lunch break i see less and less peeps walking out to take that break....esp in the winter time.

well i see normal smokers usually go out for smoke breaks around 3x daily - which i thought was the norm.

but just recently i noticed that a person is taking like 10 smoke breaks a day and feels very self righteous about it.

i was asked by someone else today if the person has enough work to do...i just simply stated i am not the boss  :yeti:
