We're debating whether to go to the mountains or to the beach over our week-long summer family vacation. We have little kids with us, and the mountains scare us because the boy is fearless. He's liable to take off running and be over a cliff in no time. They do love the beach, and it's easier to keep an eye on them. Where are others headed for summer breaks with small children?
