wat appears to be clear so far is that the alleged perpetrator was not licened to carry a gun and for what he was doing..patrolling a neighborhood for neighborhood watch... he was not supposed to be armed.

the alleged perpetrator bore no marks of struggle...neither the victim.

from what i have read at the very least those 'facts' appear to be clear

it is stated by some witness that there was some sort of struggle and the gun went off.

its sad though....

i forgot.  no one has been arrested and charged..so there is no alleged.

so no one has been arrested for an onvius crime and big mouth racist dave6 has the termertiy to com eher with his racist nonsense.

look dave6..an apparent murder has taken place and it may not even be under investigation

they were talking at lunch here in the office. the one girl told me it was in the Toronto Star...but i havent had a moment to check it.

what annoys me about this whole story is that it just picked up out of nowhere and everyone is marching around with a hoodie on and talking about this kid.

no where did anyone mention that zimmerman wasnt arrested right away etc. just that martin was shot because of a hoodie.
