RANDY Latif, an 11-year-old spinner of first form Annandale Secondary School, is the latest to benefit from Project Cricket Gear for young and promising cricketers in Guyana, the joint initiative between Anil Beharry of Guyana and Kishan Das of the USA.
The left-hander recently participated the Demerara Cricket Board (DCB) Inter-association Under-13 cricket tournament, which was used to select the Demerara team that participated in the recently concluded Inter-county championship, which Berbice won. He was the recipient of one pair of DSC cricket shoes.
