Promote test cricket on as large a scale as they do T20 leagues
Have an annual event in different countries like they do in Australia with Boxing Day and New Year's games
Provide better facilities to the crowd
Invest some part of money earned from T20 leagues in test matches
Your post made me chuckle Ketchim. The WI team has declined so much, opponents and the cricketing authorities, don't see value in more than a two or three match series. Fans will also stay away from one sided contests.
