West Indies 2023 Test Schedule:

2 Away Tests vs Zimbabwe Feb (TBC)
2 Away Tests vs SA (March)
2 Home Tests vs India (July)

Then we don't play any more until 2024

Test Cricket is so scarce for a lot of teams now, it's hard to build momentum or even a tactical identity in a team

''Baz-Ball'' would not have happened if England played only 4 Tests between June and now (like West Indies)

#23
After this TEST thumping :

ALL nations will be calling for a CWI 2023 Fixture

Batsmen will be begging their nation's Board

to get a 5 day FOR them .....

#24
Not waking up at 4am to watch this tomorrow. Will tune in about 530am when we will be inserted

#25
Sanath Jayasuriya has the most runs in history for a 2 Test series (571 in 1997 vs India)

Marnus Labuschagne currently on 410 and still has another innings potentially

#26
Did anyone noticed Devon Thomas bowling faster than big Jason Holder

#27
Should be noted that England's brave approach is possible because of unequal scheduling. Batters from SA, WI, NZ etc can't afford to make a string of low scores before finding their aggressive groove. They'd get the axe. Knowing there are more Tests allows for freedom.

#28
Those unfamiliar with our domestic game. Thomas bowls a lot nowadays and has had success.

#29
West Indies bowled 99 overs at Steve Smith in Tests across 7 years without dismissing him, until today

#30
and Smith's DUCK was well worth the wait hahaha
