where this young man works at the Airport Terminals
He tells me the place is slow due to baggage guys not showing up for work.
expect a 5 hour delay if a couple flights land at the same time !

On September 7, 2021, provided that the domestic epidemiologic situation

to any fully vaccinated travellers who have completed the full course of vaccination
with a Government of Canada-accepted vaccine at least 14 days
