BREAKING: SoPs for Reg.4 handed over to Police

Statements of Poll (SoPs) for the country’s largest voting district, Region Four (Demerara-Mahaica) were today handed over to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Guyana Police Force (GPF).

This was confirmed by reliable sources close to the ongoing investigations into electoral fraud committed during the March 2, 2020 General and Regional Elections.

On May 27, Chief Justice (ag) Roxane George ordered the release of the documents to the Police and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to facilitate the police investigations.

DPP Shalimar Ali-Hack, SC, and Commissioner of Police Nigel Hoppie had filed an application requesting certified copies of the Statements of Poll (SoPs) and Statements of Recount (SoRs).

As part of the hearing of APNU+AFC’s election petition #88, which was subsequently thrown out, Justice George had ordered the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) to hand over the original copies of the SoPs and SoRs to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Judicature, Sueanna Lovell, for safekeeping.

THE BIG REVEAL....NANDLALL MUST BE FURIOUS WHEN HE SEES THE CERTIFIED COPY OF REGION 4 SOPS WHICH THEY ALL KNEW ABOUT IN THE FORMER GOVT CAMP... THEY ALL LIED TO THE NATION AND THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY.

REGION 1 TO 5 SOPS HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER TO THE DPP AND COMMISSIONER OF POLICE.....OBVIOUSLY THIS INCLUDES THE INFAMOUR REGION 4 SOPS.

IT IS MY VIEW THAT THERE WAS A GREAT CONSPIRACY FROM DAVID GRANGER DOWN TO THE THREE OPPOSITION GECOM COMMISSIONERS AND THE TERRIBLE THREE LOWENFIELD, MYERS AND MINGO - THESE WERE IN MY OPINION THE PRIME MOTIVATORS....THE DECISION MAKERS.

GRANGER MUST HAVE KNOWN THE TRUE RESULTS FROM REGION 4. HE IS A CONTROL FREAK AND WITHOUT HIS CONSENT NO ONE WOULD UNDERTAKE SUCH A NOTORIOUS SCHEME TO STEAL THE ELECTIONS. BASIL WILLIAMS WAS HIS LEGAL ADVISER, THE MAN WHO INVENTED LEGAL OBSTRUCTIVISM IN CHALLENGING EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN TO DELAY THE RESULTS OF THE ELECTIONS.

SO WHAT LIES AHEAD BEFORE ALL THOSE BEFORE THE COURTS REGARDING ELECTORAL FRAUD ARE CONVICTED....THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN BE ACQUITTED AGAINST THE MOUNTAIN OF EVIDENCE IS IF THEY MANAGE TO GET INTO THE HEADS OF THE JUDGES AND MAGISTRATES. REMEMBER, GRANGER DOES NOT WANT CCJ TO DECIDE ON OUR ELECTORAL CASES?? WHY, YOU MAY ASK....IS IT BECAUSE THEY ARE INDEPENDENT OF OUR POLITICS AND DELIVER JUST DECISIONS.
