The SOPS are not the property of GECOM, they are the property of the Citizens of Guyana. That is why they are posted immediately outside the polling stations for all and sundry to see, photo and copy. This may come as a complete surprise to you Mr. Alexander, but as a worshipper of a Government that rigged every election they ever fought.....nobody really trusts you. Back in your hero's day one could rig much easier, but alas this no longer exists.
