Chief Elections Officer, Keith Lowenfield to submit a report of the recount results by 2 pm today

under the legal procedure leading to a declaration

at the Arthur Chung Conference Centre (ACCC) was inconsistent with the Representation of the People Act

as he stood by his Election Report compiled on the basis of declarations made
