1) LOST a No Confidence Motion (NCM) in the Nation Assembly - Dec. 2018. 2) LOST a challenge to the NCM in the Guyana High Courts. 3) LOST the legal battle in the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) AGAINST the NCM. 4) LOST the legal battle to keep Granger's ILLEGALLY-APPOINTED James Patterson as Chairman of GECOM. 5) LOST the legal battle to TAMPER with the Voters List and to DISENFRANCHISED the SUPPORTERS of PPP and other Parties. 6) LOST the legal battle to HANG-ON to power ILLEGALLY by REFUSING to SET DATE for the General Elections. 7) LOST the ELECTIONS on MARCH 2nd. 8) LOST the LEGAL battle to RIG the ELECTIONS by using their GECOM FRAUDSTER, Mingo's FICTITIOUS numbers. 9) LOST the legal battle to NULLIFY the Recount Agreement between Dr Jagdeo and their leader, Granger 10) LOST the LEGAL CHALLENGE to STOP the RECOUNT from happening. 11) LOST the ELECTIONS for a SECOND TIME in the VOTES RECOUNT. 12) LOST all CREDIBILITY and HUMAN DECENCY in the eyes of ALL Guyanese and the international community.

Keith Lowenfield must submit a report of the recount no later than June 13.
